Of Faith To Always Do The Right Thing As
you kneel in prayer each day, ask the Lord to pour His love into your heart so
you may live only as He wants you to live. As
you come to the Lord each day and as you try to do His will, open your heart so
the Lord will inspire you to only do the right thing in His eyes. When
you find yourself doing what you know is wrong, ask the Lord to help you pause
for just a moment, seek His forgiveness, and immediately change your behavior. Make
all your attempts at doing what is right a work for God and you will be a
blessing to the Lord and to His work upon the earth. When
you are tempted to do what you want and you know what you want is not what the
Lord wants, ask the Lord to awaken you, shake you, and speak to you. Ask
the Lord to help you see the darkness in the selfishness coming over you when
you want to do what you want rather than what the Lord wants. Praise
His name, Amen. |
