You love all the decorations, all the lights, all the programs, and all the gatherings of people at this time of year.

Let this year be a special year.

Although you have had to go through many trials and endure many afflictions, let this Christmas be a Christmas filled to overflowing with His love and presence.

When you see the lights on the tree, think about how Christ is a light to the world.

When you see the gifts under the tree, think about how Christ was such a wonderful gift to all of mankind.

When you hear Christmas carols, think about how Christ brought a song of joy and salvation to the world.

When you see people crowding the stores to shop for last minute gifts, think about how Christ came to show giving was more blessed than receiving.

Whenever you see a church, pray the church holds a true celebration of His birth in the form of gathering believers to honor and praise God for the day Christ was born.
