Christmas Words Of Faith Words Of Faith About Asking At Christmas Sometimes
we can get caught up in Christmas seasonal things. We
can end up only thinking about what we will get for Christmas. Sometimes
all we may think about is what we will buy ourselves with the money we receive. Sometimes
all we may think about is what we can get for free from the people who give
things away at this time of year. So
in this moment, quiet your heart and mind…think for just a minute about the
baby Jesus who came into the world giving us the greatest gift of all…eternal
life. We
will never receive a gift as precious as Jesus. We
could never ask for a gift as precious as Jesus. Praise
His Name. Precious
Lord, please forgive us for thinking about what we want and what we might
receive this Christmas. Help
us now do what you did when you appeared…give. Praise
His Name. Amen. |
