This Christmas let us celebrate this day by giving our heart first to Christ then to others.

Let us make the gifts we give away be an expression of Christ's love for us we pass our gifts on to others.

Let us make the gifts we open help us open our life, our heart, and our being to Christ Jesus.

As we reach beneath the Christmas tree to grasp a gift, let us remind ourselves to grasp for Christ's forgiveness.

As we listen to the carols sung celebrating Christ's birth, let us remind ourselves of the glory of the first Christmas.

May our heart be born anew and placed in Christ's hands just as He was born and placed in the manger.

May our heart and life be gifts wrapped in Christ's humility and love just as He was wrapped in swaddling clothes.

May our heart and life be a gift to others in Christ's name just as Christ's heart and life was a gift to us.
