Words Of Faith During A Time Of Defeat In
times of defeat, know Christ is within you and seek His personal touch upon your
life. Know
He is everywhere and seek Him within your heart. In
times of defeat, give Him praise and honor every moment. To
Him who gives you the victory, express your love and gratitude in your time of
defeat. In
all His ways, seek out His power and majesty. Remain
humbled by His love for you. Tell
Him how you need His help. Tell
Him how you are immersed in a time of great defeat. Tell
Him how what you thought you had, you no longer have. Tell
Him how the effort of months and years has been washed away in defeat. Tell
Him how years of your sweat, perseverance, and dedication has been erased. Tell
Him how contributions you hoped to make seem impossible now. Tell
Him how opportunities have been taken from you. Then,
above all things, recall how according to His good will and according to His
gracious love for you, recall how He has for you this day a new vision of good
days and good things to come. Even
in your days of defeat, some way, somehow, in every moment, remember He will
help you show His love to others. Remember
He knows you have many burdens to carry in your life. Whenever
others experience defeat, assist them and give them a new vision of victory for
tomorrow. Know
above all things Christ is the victory. Praise
