You may not know how to pray at a time like this.

You may not know whether the Lord hears you.

There can be so much chaos in life, you might think you have lost your soul and lost Christ somewhere in the process.

In these troubling times, you can be distracted by everything going on around you.

In these troubling times, you can lose touch with yourself and lose touch with others.

In this darkness, it can seem every time you try to be spiritual, something or someone gets in the way.

In these moments, go to Jesus in prayer and tell Him how you really need His help.

Tell the Lord how you really need His help because you are beginning to think maybe the Lord does not exist.

The Lord will help you put your soul into His hands.

The Lord will help you deal with the dizzying array of sights, sounds, temptations, pain, suffering, stress, fears, worries, doubts, and concerns you face each day.

The Lord will help you be the kind of godly person the Lord wants you to be.

When Satan comes to distract you and take you away from the Lord, the Lord will help you remain with Him so you can really and truly call Christ Jesus the Lord of your life.

When Satan tries to pull you downward, your Lord Jesus will pull you upward.

When Satan tries to deceive you, your Lord Jesus will keep you aware of these deceptions and keep you ever mindful of His truth.

When Satan tries to destroy your spirit, your Lord Jesus will renew you and enrich you in His love and grace.

When you get lost, your Lord Jesus will help you come back as He keeps your heart turned toward His healing love.

When you get to a point where you think your soul is lost, the Lord will help you give to others and give to Him.

No matter what your life might be like at the moment, the Lord will keep you in His presence.

Always know the Lord is listening.

Always know the Lord cares.

Always know the Lord loves you.
