Words Of Faith About The Hard Truth Of Your Rebellion
every human being, you rebelled.
always rebelled or you have always wanted to rebel.
likely did what God told you not to do.
what you were supposed to do but you did just the opposite.
knew the consequences of your actions but you rebelled anyway.
lived in the palm of the Lord's hand from the day you were born but you cared
lived under the Lord's love but you cared not.
wanted the forbidden fruit.
wanted what you should not eat.
wanted what God told you that you should not have.
wanted what you knew would hurt you.
wanted what God told you would even destroy you.
died on the cross for you, you turned away from God and you did not care.
died on the cross for you, you turned away and did your selfish and sinful
are stricken with your grief.
are in mourning over your rebellion.
grievous has been your rebellion!
here at the foot of the Lord's cross in your grief and mourning over what you
you have rebelled, now you know you are forgiven.
forget your rebellion.
from your sinful darkness and turn to God, your wonderful Lord Jesus…who no
longer sees any spot or blemish in you.
not forget how you are a sinner.
not forget how you can still be tempted.
still fall away.
God, your precious Lord Jesus for dying for you, a lowly and undeserving sinner.
God for pouring His grace and love over you.
