Words Of Faith About The Lord's Love The
Lord is love. Although
you cannot see Him, you can sense His presence. Although
you cannot hear Him, you can experience His resonating peace in your heart. Although
you cannot touch Him, you can sit patiently in His garden and experience the joy
of His love. When
you lack wisdom, you can go to Him and find knowledge. When
you lack patience, you can go to Him and find tranquility beyond words. When
you are anxious and afraid, you can rest in His tabernacle and find
encouragement and strength. When
you lack strength, Christ's love is greater than any power on earth. In
the midst of certain death, Christ's guiding hand reaches down and directs you
to His home where you find everlasting life. In
the midst of pain tearing away at your spirit, in Christ you find humor and
laughter. When
you do not understand why things are working as they should, He comes to comfort
you. When
you are repulsed by the ways of evil, Christ comes to give you assurance and
show you His way of peace. When
you are certain of sure defeat, Christ appears in your heart and shows you His
victory. When
your life is vacant of meaning, Christ brings goals, objectives, and purposes
larger than you can imagine. When
you are confined and imprisoned by circumstances, Christ comes to visit you,
giving you hope, and showing you the promise of the greatest future anyone can
imagine. Praise His name, Amen. |
