Words Of Faith Words Of Faith About Receiving Life There
are times when you do not think you need Christ. When
you think your life is your own, you can think you do not need Christ. When
you think your life is your own, you can think your life is not worth very much. Yet
when you think about Christ… When
you kneel at the foot of Christ's cross… When
you look up and see Christ suffering on the cross for you… When
you realize Christ's suffering upon the cross was to give you a new life… You
can be overcome with sorrow and grief over what you have done…then old life
you think is your own is a life you don't want any more. Suddenly,
when you see your life as the life Christ died to save, you begin to see God's
purpose and God's plan for you. You
begin to see your life in new and positive ways. Your
life is no longer diminished by your sin. Your
life is no longer diminished by the pain and suffering you feel. Your
life is suddenly transformed in ways you cannot express. Your
life is suddenly transformed into a life with purpose and meaning going beyond
your own thoughts and feelings. Praise
