I know you long to see me as a man who walks upon the earth.

I know you long to see me place my healing hands upon the sick and see them get well.

I know you long to see me raise the dead and turn the grief of family members into joy.

I know you long to see me turn the world into a new kingdom free of your present darkness.

Until I return, as the days of your life pass by, I will keep you young in my spirit.

Until I return, you must be ever vigilant to the needs of those around you.

I will turn your longing to see me into a longing to do my work.

I will turn your longing to see me into a longing to reach out to those who do not know me.

It is my good will to bring you ever closer to me.

Your spiritual eyes will grow sharper as you grow older.

I will let your work for me give you wisdom you can pass on to those who are younger.

I will let you always be able to take your sin to my cross as you place your every darkness before me.

I will let you be able to understand more each day about what I have done for you on the cross.
