A Prayer About A Life Filled With Light
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
My life has the darkness of sadness.
My life has the darkness of pain.
My life has the darkness of loneliness.
My life has the darkness of sinfulness.
My life has the darkness of painful memories.
In your name and in your love, I stand firm knowing you are the light of
the world.
When I am sad, fill me with your light driving out my sadness.
When I am in pain, fill me with your light driving out my pain.
When I am lonely, fill me with your light driving out my loneliness.
When I am sinful, fill me with your light turning my sinfulness into
righteousness.
When I am besieged by painful memories, fill me with the light of love
erasing the pain of my past.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me,
