A Prayer About Seeing Christ

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
You talked with me and called me to talk with to you.
You walked with me and called me to walk with you.
You were patient with me so I would learn and understand more about you.
You were patient with me so I would grow and develop in my soul and spirit.
You were patient with me and you waited for me to love you.
When I learned in my heart you died for me…
When I learned in my heart I was hopeless and lost in sin…
When I learned in my heart you died to save me…
Then I began to see.
Help me surrender all of my life over to you.
Help me surrender all of my life over to you without ever expecting anything in return from you or others.
Help me understand I have received from you all I could ever want because you have given me eternal life.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me,
Amen
