A Prayer To Affirm Jesus When Evil Strikes
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Evil has come, but I know you are real and I know you love me.
Evil has come, but I know you are real as anyone or anything can be real
in my life.
Evil has come, but I know you exist as the Supreme Being of love in all of
reality.
Evil has come, but I know you died to save me and set me free.
Evil has come, but I know you love me.
Evil has come, but I know you are with me every minute of my life.
Evil has come, but I shall not turn away from you.
Evil has come, but I shall not stop believing in you, trusting in you, or
loving you.
Evil has come, but I shall not stop believing in you or loving you for all
you have given me in the past and all you continue to give me in the
present.
Evil has come, but I know you overcame and won out.
Evil has come, but I know I shall overcome and win out against all odds.
In you and through you, Precious Lord Jesus, I shall overcome every kind
of torture, persecution, pain, and yes, even death in my body.
Evil has come, but we shall both be victorious in the end together.
In you and through you, Precious Lord Jesus, I know I shall find eternity.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
