A Prayer Against The Darkness
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
In your name and by your power, I proclaim to you as my Lord and Savior,
that today, tomorrow, and for all the days of my life, I shall make every
effort to come against every darkness with truth.
In your glory and grace, I shall make every effort to see the new
beginnings of my life in every moment.
In your glory and grace, I shall make every effort to see my way out of
every darkness by using my faith, trust, and hope in you.
In your glory and grace, I shall make every effort to see the power of
your love that enables me to make things better every moment rather than
letting things get worse.
In your glory and grace, I shall make every effort to fix every problem,
fix every issue, and attack those parts of my life that draw me into the
darkness.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
