Prayer About Becoming A New Child

This is a Christmas prayer. Let's pretend it is Christmas. :)

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I am no longer a child in my bodily frame.
I am now an adult.
However, because of the way things go in my life, sometimes I am overwhelmed and I am buried under.
At those times, I feel like a little kid who is lost and cannot find my way home.
However, in those times when I am lost, I can always talk to you and then you talk back to me.
Well, it is Christmastime again.
I like Christmas.
Christmas brings out the kid in me and the kid in a lot of others.
Every Christmas, when I kneel down beside you lying in the manger, I feel like a new kid, born anew…just like you were born so long ago.
What a blessing it is to be born again.
What a blessing it is to be your child.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for being born into the world and for giving me a chance to be a kid again.
As your child, I pledge to be mature, adult, and fully responsible in all I say think and do.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
