A Prayer About Being Responsible
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Thank you for turning me away from being selfish and thinking only of
myself.
Keep me ever faithful and diligent in being your faithful child.
Keep me responsible so I can bless others with your love.
Keep me responsible so I live for you rather than living to have the world
accept me.
Keep me on a path leading to your open arms in the great infinite love of
my future.
Keep me self-controlled and self-disciplined in all I say, think, and do.
In all things, in all ways, show me the full responsibility of being your
servant and how I can best accomplish your goals for me.
Thank you for helping me want to do more for you, to do more of your work
in your kingdom here on earth, and to do more for others, especially those
who need you so much.
Please keep me responsible so I can be a blessing in your eyes.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me,
