Christmas is a lousy time to not feel good.
Christmas is a lousy time to be sick in mind, body, spirit, or all three.
In your power and in your love, I ask for your help in healing those around me.
I am not a doctor and I do not have any kind of healing power to heal others.
I am not a faith-healer.
I do not have the gift of putting my hands on people to make them feel better.
At Christmas, everyone wants to feel good.
At Christmas, everyone wants to be healthy and happy.
But sometimes, people are sick at this most precious time of the year.
According to your will and according to your love, pour out your healing power over those people around me who are sick.
Bless those who need your healing touch.
Please give healing and guidance to those people who do not feel well.
Please give healing and guidance to the care givers who try to help them.
Help me be the kind of person who conveys your healing love to all the people I meet.
Please help me be the kind of person who conveys your healing love to those people I know who are sick and heavy laden with afflictions.
Please help me heal others by giving me the power to tell them I forgive them.
Please help me heal others by giving me the power to give others understanding, acceptance, and love in your name.
Help me heal others by giving me the power to touch their heart and life.
This Christmas, let my gift to others who are sick and afflicted be a gift of healing.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
