Prayers For Courage

Wonderful Lord Jesus, Precious Holy Spirit, Strong And Mighty God, in your name we ask for courage in the face of fear.
In your name, we fight against all those forces that would make us shrink back from proclaiming you as Lord of our life.
In your name, we shall give thanks in all things no matter what life may bring.
No matter whether the earth be moved under our feet, we shall look at you and find joy, peace, and serenity in the courage we find in you.
Let us fear nothing except the loss of you.
In all ways, help us cast upon you our burdens of fear and doubt.
When we feel anxious, move the clouds of fear away with your mighty hand.
Move these clouds away so we can see your lovely face and so we can stand in the light of your love.
Let us never be afraid, for you and your love for us is immortal and shall always be without end.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O God of Peace, O Holy Spirit, O Wonderful Jesus, take my trembling hands. O Lord. help me now as I have great fears and deep anxieties. The foreboding future seems to have grasped my soul and this dark hour my fear is shaking me to the core. O Master who art God, help me to deal with these circumstances that have come upon me. Pour out your love over me so I will trust you as never before. Pour out your healing mercy and I will look up into Heaven and see you there. When I see you, all fears are gone. When I see you, all doubts are erased. When I see you, I am troubled no more. In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who is within me and around me. Amen
