Precious Lord Jesus, I kneel before you broken, weak, and full of grief.
I am but a lowly sinner.
I turn over to you all my sin, all I am, and all I have ever been.
I turn over to you all my sinful thoughts of the past.
I turn over to you all my sinful actions of the past.
I turn over to you all my sinful words of the past.
In your power and by the might of your saving hand I seek redemption and new life in you and through you.
In my faith and in my love for you, I stand clean and clear of my past.
Because you cleansed me, I have no more guilt.
I know in your heart, my past no longer exists in your love, in your glory, and in your grace.
In your love, in your glory, and in your grace, it is as if my past never was.
May your will always be my will.
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
