Prayer To Find Happiness And Freedom From Fear Of Loss

Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Awesome God,
I am afraid of losing persons and things in my life.
Because I am afraid of losing persons and things, I try to hang on to persons and things to prevent poverty in my life.
Because I am afraid of losing persons and things, I try to hang on to persons and things to give me security.
Because I am afraid of losing persons and things, I have made myself a slave to persons and things.
Show me how I need not fear losing persons and things.
Show me how I need not fear loss of any kind.
In your love, touch my heart so I can see how if I have you I am rich beyond my wildest dreams.
In your love, touch my heart so I can see how if I have you I have the protection of your love.
In your love, touch my heart so I can find the freedom from being a slave to persons and things.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of the most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, the Mighty God, and the Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom we can rely. Amen
