A Prayer About Finding Peace In The Impossible

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
What turmoil I am facing.
What dread, what awful terrible dread I carry in my bones.
I must live inside of a circumstance I find to be impossible.
I have no inner peace.
I am so caught up and overwrought I cannot find any calm within me.
Please come and be with me now.
Do not let me falter in holding fast to your love for me.
This impossible thing, this unbearable burden, this mountain of grief I think I can carry no more is crushing me.
Please help me now by giving me your assuring love.
Speak to me about things of Heaven.
Speak to me about things being better in the future.
Show me your face.
Show me your image.
Pour out your blessings upon me.
Forgive me, for I am now so very selfish.
Forgive me, for I am a sinner.
Let me tarry for a few minutes here with you.
Flash before me your terrible time upon the cross and let me find peace in your victory over death.
Let me find just a moment of peace as I rest here with you.
Let me then find another moment of peace as I continue on with you.
Thank you, Precious Lord.
Thank you for the peace you bring.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
