A Prayer About Giving In Poverty

Precious Lord, Wonderful Savior, Gracious Heavenly Father,
O how I love you, wonderful Jesus.
Your love for me causes me to walk your path in my life.
In this walk for you, never let me count the cost of giving in your name.
Let me never wonder what I might receive in return for my giving.
Let me give my all and not just a part of me.
Let me be humble before you and let me be humble in my giving.
Let me be humble in seeing the needs of others.
Let me give humbly in helping others find you and find your truth and love.
When all of my resources are gone but just a last tiny amount, let me give that last amount to you.
When my resources are many and you touch my heart, let me humbly give and use my resources for your glory.
When poverty strikes me and I am left with nothing, show me that in you I am everything.
Let all I say, do, think, and give, even giving what small amounts I have, be given in your name and to your glory.
I love you, O Lord.
I adore you, Precious One.
All these things I humbly pray.
