A Prayer About The God Above Us
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Thank you for the seasons of my life.
I give you praise and honor today.
Forgive me, for my words are feeble.
My words cannot match the praise and honor you deserve.
In your will, empower me to give you praise and honor by how I live my
life.
As you will it, let me be your beacon to shine the Light of your love to
everyone I know.
Let my humble actions ripple out across the world to all the unseen hearts
needing your touch.
Your light of love and grace gives me the sustaining power to be all you
made me to be.
When the dark clouds of life come between you and me, may I keep the
memory of your presence in my heart so I will always know you are close by
me and you will never forsake me.
Keep me from ever forgetting about what you did for me on the cross.
Keep me from going astray during the times of darkness that try to
separate us.
Keep my eyes always upon your cross and keep my heart pure during the
times when my pain has overwhelmed me.
Keep my eyes upon your nail-scarred healing hands that touch so many every
hour.
As you are always willing to give, may I be humble enough to always
receive.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
