A Prayer About Love And Giving
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Never let me be selfish.
Even when I am afraid, or lonely, or sick, or worried, help me push my
innate selfishness aside.
In place of my selfish heart, put in me a heart leaning toward you and
thinking about you.
In place of my selfish heart, put in me a heart thinking of others before
I ever think of myself.
Place within me a giving heart.
Place within me a heart full of love and from my heart full of love
inspire me to give all I am in your name and in your love.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me,
