Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit…
Let my imagination roll, Lord.
Let my thoughts reflect on a new day in my future.
I can see a new day in my future when funeral homes are out of business because no one dies.
I can see a new day in my future when all the hospitals are closed because no one gets sick.
I can see a new day in my future when all the people who work in the health professions are out of work because illness and sickness are no more.
I can see a new day in my future when all the pharmacies are closed because no one needs a prescription.
I can see a new day in my future when drug companies are out of business because no one everyone has been permanently healed.
I can see a new day in my future when all the clinics are closed.
I can see a new day in my future when all the dentists are out of work.
I can see a new day in my future when there is no more cancer, no more heart disease, no more arthritis, and no more pain and suffering of any kind.
What a day that will be!
Precious Lord, come now and make all this happen.
Precious Lord, come now and let my body be healed.
Precious Lord, come now and let my heart, mind, and soul soar in joy and exhilaration.
In this present hour and in this present place…
Precious Lord, may your healing touch remove our afflictions.
May your gentle grace remove our sins and mistakes as we repent.
May your healing love remove our disgrace.
May your healing compassion ease our sorrow.
Precious Lord, give me patience, courage, and strength while I wait for your return.
All these things we humbly pray in the name of our most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, our Mighty God, and our Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom we can rely.
