Gentle And Wonderful God…
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit…
Open my heart today.
Open my heart to hear you calling my name.
Open my heart to hear you calling me to be kind, caring, and compassionate
to those around me.
Open my heart to look upon the beauty of your earth.
Open my heart to give you thanksgiving and praise by the way I live and
worship.
Open my heart, mind, and soul to use 110 percent of all you have given me
for your glory.
Open my heart to show others how much you love them.
Open my heart to your power within me so I can be righteous, holy, and
devout in your name.
Open my heart to your beauty and splendor within me so I can let your
beauty and splendor shine out to the world.
Open my heart so I can be ever-thankful, ever-believing, and ever-trusting
in you.
Open my heart so I will always be able to walk your path rather than my
own.
Open my heart so I will always be able to resist temptation.
Open my heart so I will always be willing to fight the good fight of faith
in Christ Jesus.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
