A Prayer To Rise Above Adversity With Truth
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
In your name and by your power, I proclaim you are my Lord and Savior.
Today, tomorrow, and for all the days of my life, I shall make every
effort to rise above every adversity with truth.
Because you love me, I shall make every effort to explore every option and
investigate every choice.
Because you love me, I shall make every effort to take a chance when it
seems there is no chance.
Because you love me, I shall make every effort to fight back against those
powers of darkness seeking to pull me down.
Because you love me, I shall make every effort to rise above the powers of
darkness as I ascend to your heart where there is infinite light and
infinite love.
Because you love me, I shall make every effort to find solutions to the
problems of today.
I know in your power and in your love, all of today's problems shall melt
away in your love and grace.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
