A Prayer To See Possibilities In Every
Adversity
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord, show me the possibilities in every adversity.
Show me how I can gain from setbacks, defeats, and trials of every kind.
Show me the possibilities of finding wisdom where there seems to be no
wisdom.
Show me the possibilities of finding your truth where there seems to be no
truth.
Show me the possibilities of believing and trusting in you when there
seems to be no reason to believe or trust.
Show me the possibilities of finding power in times when I am powerless.
Show me the possibilities of digging around in the garbage of my trials so
I may find gems of truth about you, about others, and about myself.
Show me the possibilities of seeing beyond my present times into times of
refreshing just ahead.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me,
