A Prayer About The Treasures Of Salvation, Wisdom, And Knowledge

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I am not a rich person.
There have been times when I was stricken with poverty, unemployment, and had no money or funds at all.
Yet even in those times of desperate need I was rich.
I was rich in your love.
I was rich in your salvation.
I was rich in your wisdom.
I was rich in your knowledge.
In the times of my desperate need I was rich because I knew you were with me and I knew you were guiding me.
Your presence in the times of my earthly poverty lifted me over every mountain and helped me sail over every valley.
In the times of my earthly poverty I was rich because I knew if I was righteous, you would put treasures away for me.
In all the times of my life, you have been a sure foundation.
My salvation is a comfort when I fear the future.
My wisdom and knowledge keep me and hold me to the path of your destiny for me.
I am rich in life because you encourage me in heart.
I am rich in life because we are united in love.
I am rich in life because I know many things about God through Christ who saved me.
I shall continue on no matter what happens to me.
I shall follow your command to be good.
I shall follow your command to be rich in good deeds.
I shall follow your command to be generous and willing to share.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
