Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (NIV)

Jesus said you are supposed to seek out his kingdom and his righteousness. You are not supposed to sit back and wait for life to bring whatever it wants to you or at you. You are not supposed to just passively sit back and see what happens next in life. You are also not supposed to fear the future or shrink back from feared future events. What you are supposed to do is be aggressive and actively seek out His kingdom, His power, and His love within your heart. When you seek His presence He will had bountiful blessings to your life.
