actually seeing God… Ephesians How can it be we do not see Him? How can our world be embraced by God in His power, love, and grace yet we cannot see Him working? The answer is, we cannot often see God because we have our own agenda. In addition, we have this terrible adversary who seeks to separate us from Him. Our adversary is like a bully in our life who pushes us and pulls us in directions we do not want to go. The answer to our blindness to God is to love. The answer to our blindness to God is to love God even when we cannot see Him. For when we love God even when we cannot see Him then we suddenly find He is visible. When we love God even when we cannot see Him, our own agenda is put aside in favor of His agenda. When we love God even when we cannot see Him, we than begin to see His power, see His love, and see His grace at work in the world. When we love God even when we cannot see Him, our great adversary is defeated and put in his place.
