About our caring God...

John 10:14 I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father--and I lay down my life for the sheep. (NIV)

God cares for you and about you. God knows your name and your address. He knows all your hopes, you dreams, your hurts, and your afflictions. And in the deepest recesses of your soul you know God. To often, people unfortunately want to run away from the power and love of God. A lot of people want to run away from God because they feel guilty and do not want to confront their lives. Others want to run away because they do not feel God could love them. Others want run away because they simply love to live in the darkness. Regardless of who you are, where you are, or the state of your spiritual life Jesus loves you. He loves you so much He gave up His life for you. Even if you feel guilty about things, Jesus loves you beyond your ability to imagine. Even if you want to run away because you feel Jesus could not love you, Jesus loves you this very minute. Even if you love the Darkness Jesus loves you and wants you to come home to Him.
