Mark 11: 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask
for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (NIV)
The most faithful friend you will ever have in the
world is Jesus. With Jesus, you have someone who is with you through thick and
thin, through prosperity and poverty, through success and failure. Through every
circumstance that tries to take you down or destroy you, Jesus stands with you
and never leaves you. When you are prosperous and full of the rush of victory,
Jesus is with you, even when you forget about Him because you are so full your
personal power, He still stands next to you. When you are poor and poverty has
eaten away at you to the extent you have lost all hope, Jesus is standing with
you and wants you to know He loves you and will never leave your side. When you
are successful beyond your wildest dreams, Jesus rejoices in your success even
if you forget about Him. When you have failed and you are downhearted, Jesus
stands by you and seeks to give you new hope and new vision for victorious days
ahead. When the darkness tries to take you down and destroy you, your faithful
friend Jesus is within you working to intervene and come against the adversary.
In every circumstance, you are never alone, never forgotten, and never by
yourself, for you have a faithful friend in Jesus. |
