Previous Christmas Daily Devotional About the gift of Christ's healing light… Matthew 2:2 "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him." (NIV) On the day Christ was born, the healing light of Christ began flowing down into the world from heaven. Christ came bearing gifts for us. His gifts take away our hurt of loneliness, our hurt caused by sin, and our hurt from the trauma of emotional scars. This Christmas season, if we would look up to see His bright light in the heavens, we can see His healing light flowing down into our heart. His spiritual power brings healing to us when there is no earthly way we can find healing. No hurt, no pain, no scar, and no trauma can ever stand against the gift of Christ's healing light. When Jesus was an adult, crowds surrounded Him because of His healing light. As you visit His manger scene within your heart, there is an erasing of your pain. Kneeling next to Him resting in the manger, His healing light leads to life eternal.
