Christ’s presence in every moment, Part 2 of 2 Acts
17:27 God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and
find him, though he is not far from each one of us. (NIV) When you think there is no light, Christ surrounds and immerses you in His glory and grace. When you think no one knows your plight, the Lord is with you and knows every moment of your life. When you think there is no hope, Christ’s outstretched arms wrap around you and show you His eternal life. When you think you are alone in your pain, Christ is present and He lets you know of His presence as He comforts you. When you think you will never be healed, Christ comes to you, He touches you, and He makes you whole. When you think you will never be happy, Christ comes to you and He touches you with His joy and gladness. When you think your pain will never end, Christ comes to you and He gives you rest and comfort. When you think you will surely die, Christ comes to you and He shows you His empty tomb. When worry devours your soul, Christ comes to you and He gives you peace of mind. When doubt assails you, Christ comes to you and He gives you a certainty beyond words. When the underpinnings of your life shake, Christ gives you a firm foundation lasting forever.
