About dreaming dreams…

Acts 2:17 In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. (NIV)

God gave human beings the capacity to dream. In human life, down through the history of humanity, great achievements in the world and great achievements for God have started with someone dreaming a dream. Not the kind of dream you dream when you are asleep, but the dream you dream when you are awake. Our imagination and our ability to follow-up on what we imagine with action are gifts from God. Terribly for humanity, human beings dream of evil and dream of doing evil. In large measure, all of us can control what we think about. In large measure, all of us can control whether we dream of doing good and great things for God. Wherever we are, whoever we are, we can all look forward and dream of the day when heaven becomes our reality. In every way possible, dream big and do big things for our Lord. In every way possible, you must dream of doing great things for God and then follow-up your dream with a call upon our Lord to help you make your dream a reality in His love, grace, and time.
