the endless circle of God's faithfulness… 1 Corinthians 1:9 God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful. (NIV) People can disappoint us and turn away from us. In our relationships with others, what someone appears to be on the surface, we can find out later the person is someone else. When people hurt us, we need someone to always stand by us. When others are unfaithful to us, we need someone to always be with us no matter what. In God, in His endless circle of faithfulness, we have someone who shall never falter or waiver. In God, we have someone who will stand by us forever. Forever is a long time. Forever is an especially long time in terms of people standing by us. People disappoint us. People fail us. However, in God's endless circle of faithfulness, there is no failure or disappointment for He will always be with us to stand by us and help us. Not only does God stand by us forever, He does more than just stand. God supports us and encircles us with His power to keep us going through every trial and through every darkness. God's circle of faithfulness gives us encouragement in our down times. God's circle of faithfulness gives us His presence and friendship when we are lonely.
