About every little thought…

1 Cor. 1:24 but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. (NIV)

We do not appreciate how our little thoughts during the hours of the day mount up. Every little thought you think amounts to something. Over time and over space your thoughts accumulate to either benefit you or hurt you. Your thoughts can be holy, great, and grand or your thoughts can be low and slimy. There is always a result to your thoughts. Your every thought of the day piles on top of the previous thought. Your every little accumulation of praise to God adds to your previous thought of praise. Your every little accumulation of thought about the joy of Christ’s love adds to the thought before it. Over a period of days, weeks, months, and years, you can produce a lifetime of praise and joy. Over a lifetime, you show God and show others by your every little thought what you really think about Him and what you really believe about Him. Where you are tomorrow is determined by what you think today.
