finding healing… Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds. (NIV) Psalm 147:3 He healeth the broken in
heart, and bindeth up their wounds. (KJV) Although you may not be a physician, when others need healing, you can still help the person heal. When you help others heal, God will help you heal in return. You can help others heal by being a healing force in their heart, mind, and soul. When God sees you acting to be a healing force for others, in ways you may not often understand, He will be a healing force for you. One of the primary ways you can help others heal is to bring the reality of Christ into the life of the person with a healing need. When you reveal the real power of Christ to others, God will reveal His healing power in you. By opening the door to let Christ into a person's life, Christ can come in and bring His healing balm of love into any circumstance. As a consequence, healing not only flows in the life of another, healing also flows in your own life. Some of us may need a physical healing but all of us need a spiritual healing. When you give others healing by giving them your time, your presence, your care, and your compassion, God will in turn bless your life by giving you His time, His presence, His care, and His compassion.
