About God being bigger than problems…

Ephesians 2:4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved. (NIV)

How can someone as big as God not solve problems? All of us have problems and issues. Some of us have problems and issues bigger than we are. Some of us have problems and issues that overwhelm us or overwhelm our ability to cope. We must remember when problems and issues seem to get the best of us, or the problems and issues seem to have taken control of our lives, God is bigger than our problems. God is bigger than our issues. God is even bigger than our ability to comprehend our issues or problems. It is because God is so big that God, in some way, shape, or form, is the solution to our problems or issues. As an example, to get to a point where we can let God heal us we must admit to God and to ourselves we are sick. To admit to God and to ourselves we are sick requires we turn away from our life and turn away from our sin that leads to our being sick. Of all the admissions we make in life, no admission is more important than admitting we are a sinner. Admitting to God we are a sinner and coming to Christ in humility seeking His forgiveness puts our soul in His hands and we are then able to put our problems in His hands. Unless we repent and turn away from our earthly life and our earthly life problems, we will be continually battered and beaten by the problems and issues we face each day. When we admit we are sinners and seek the grace and mercy of Christ to come and redeem us, we immediately put our problems and issues in the hands of our God who is much bigger than and much more powerful than any of our problems or issues.
