In your life, you are not left alone and powerless. No matter how small you might think you are or no matter how big your problems seem to be, God is bigger than your life. You hear remarks about someone or something being “”bigger than life”, yet only God is bigger than life. What this means for you is that God does not see you as just a tiny speck upon the earth. God sees you as one of His treasured children. When you hurt, when you worry, when you are afraid, when you are empty inside, God knows all this about you and more. God knows what is happening inside your life because He is bigger than your life. God being bigger than your life means you have a personal God who is your personal friend. God did not create you to kill you, hurt you, or make you suffer. God created you to bless you and keep you. God made you to grow and prosper in spirit and in truth. You are the apple of His eye. He holds you in the palm of His hand. He loves you beyond measure. He comforts you when you hurt. He gives you secure visions of your future when you worry. He fills your heart with joy, love, and grace when you are empty. He gives you courage when you are afraid. God is bigger than your life. When your body quits working, His infinite love will transfer your spirit from your earthly body into Heaven on the wings of angels. God is bigger than your life. So much so, He was willing to sacrifice His own Son’s life to save your own.
