God’s secrets and glory… Matthew
The
world is a mess. The life of nations, families, and individuals is ridden with
trouble, pain, and sorrow. In the trouble, pain, and sorrow of life there remain
mysteries about God and how God works. Yet some people seem to have answers
about God and how God works. God has revealed His mysteries only to those who
worship and love Him. There are common sense reasons why God would reveal His
secrets only to people who love Him, for people who love Him would not take
advantage of His wisdom. It is for this reason some people do not understand
much about God. Some people are blind to God because they could not glorify God
if given His secrets. Seeing and unraveling the secrets and wisdom of God are
possible only as God wills and God permits. The more we are in God’s will, the
more He is willing to show us. The more we are in His love, the more we
understand about Him. When
trouble, pain, and sorrow come into your life, do all within your power to
remain in Christ and remain with Him. When you do all within your power to
remain in Him, then He will supply you with an abundance of power as He remains
in you. When trouble, pain, and sorrow come into your life, do all you can to
glorify God. Then, when you have done all you can to glorify God, He will reveal
His secrets to you and He will glorify you before your Father in Heaven.
