About hearing God…

We can actually hear God speak His words of love. One of the ways we can hear God speak His words of love is through His word. We can hear His love in His scriptures because the words of His holy word are…His holy words spoken just for us. If we desire it, we can open our heart and hear God speak in every book, chapter, verse, and word. When we open our heart and listen to God speak His words of love, we can find a knowing in our heart that passes all understanding. When we hear God speak His words of love we can hear Him tell us how much He loves us, how He forgives us, how we wants us to accept Christ as our Savior and Lord, and how He wants us to live a holy and righteous life. When we hear God speak His words of love, we can hear God speak volumes about all the important issues of life…if we are humble and if we will but listen. If all we ever hear God say is that He loves us, those words from God would be more than enough. If we ever have a quest of any kind related to God, if we ever have a goal we want to achieve related to God, our goal should be to have a quiet and open heart to hear God tell us He loves us.

God may not speak to you in the words of your language. However, God will speak to you in His language of love. The words of His love can transform you and shape you into the person He wants you to be. His words of love give you a glimpse of heaven. His words of love give you the comfort you need in the times of your pain, suffering, and sorrow.
