1 Chronicles 16:34 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever (NIV)
He has always been with you. You have never been alone, even when you thought you were alone. He has always been with you and He has always tried to be of help to you. When you were caught up in the silence of your problems, trials, and difficulties, He was speaking to you and telling you to keep hope. When your heart was raging in fear, anger, pain, or lust, He was beside you asking you to hear His love in the silence of His infinity. When you wanted to go your own way and you followed your own way, He was with you, calling you to go His way. When you busied yourself with worldly distractions because you needed to forget about the cares and worries of your heart, He was with you calling you to read His word. When your spirit was down and you were grim, He was with you pulling your chin up and asking you to look up and live in the funny, goofy, and sublime nature of life. The ultimate truth of your life is you have never been alone. There has never been one second of your life when you were alone. Perhaps you get lonely, but if you get lonely just remember He is with you now and He will be with you in His love and grace forever and ever.
