About how God trusts you…

1 Corinthians 4:1 So then, men ought to regard us as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the secret things of God. 2 Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. (NIV)

God trusts you. God trusts all human beings. God trusts you to always do the right thing. God trusts you to always love others, just as He has loved you. God trusts you to always be compassionate, kind, and caring. God trusts you to always reach out and help the less fortunate. God trusts you to always forgive those who persecute you. God trusts you to always forgive those who trespass against you. God trusts you to always receive His Son into your heart and life. God trusts you to always lead a devout and holy Christian life. God trusts you to always discover and use His gifts and talents given to you by Him. God trusts you to always take care of the earth on which you live.

So what will you do today? Will you do as God hopes you will do or will you violate His trust? Will you always do the right thing? Will you always love others as He has loved you? Will you always be compassionate, kind, and caring? Will you always reach out and help the less fortunate? Will you always forgive those who persecute you? Will you always forgive those who trespass against you? Will you always receive Christ into your heart and life? Will you always lead a devout and holy Christian life? Will you always do all in your power to discover and use His gifts and talents given to you by Him? Will you always take care of the earth on which you live?
