About the immediate and innate wisdom of God…
Deuteronomy 30:14 No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in
your heart so you may obey it. (NIV)
Every civilization has some kind of religious belief. Tyrants have tried to
eliminate religious faith but tyrants have never been successful in forcing
people to not believe there is a God. Believing in God appears to be innate
within human beings. However, it is certainly hard to tell people believe in God
by how they sometimes act. We must keep in mind God is always, always, always
communicating to us and to others about His reality within us. Each of us has
within us an immediate and innate wisdom of God. In the hardened criminal, any
idea there is a God at work within the criminal may seem remote. However, in the
hardened criminal there is a place where God lives. We can sometimes see within
those people who so actively reject God an instant conversion to Christ because
within the heart of each person there is a listening ear that hears God say,
"I love you." The person who runs away from God can run, but for every
second of running, there is the continual voice of God saying, "I love
you." In your life, whenever you think you have lost contact with God, take
just a moment and listen with the ear within your heart and you will hear Him
say, "I love you."
