About immortality from Christ...Amen…

John 5:26 For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself.

2 Tim. 1:10 but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
Immortality is available to every person on earth. Immortality means we will never die. Immortality is a wonderful thought, considering we are all physically doomed. However, immortality in our body is one thing; immortality in our spirit is another. We might like to have immortality in our body, but our physical body as it is in this time and reality cannot live more than about one hundred years. However, we can live forever in our spirit because the death of our spirit or soul has been destroyed by Christ Jesus. Christ has taken away and thrown into hell’s abyss the great destructive force of death in the world. Not only did Christ destroy the sting of death, He also gave us a chance at another life, an immortal life in Heaven where we will never be sick, unhappy, lame, feeble, worried, or burdened in any way, shape, or form. Christ has given us an immortality of eternal joy and happiness. To have our spiritual immortality, Christ wants us to turn away from the mortal life we live, the mortal life we live covered in sin and degradation. Christ wants us to turn to Him and accept Him as the deliverer and Savior of our spirit. Christ wants to call us His own as He gives us immortality. Immortality from Christ! Amen.
