About Jesus always doing for you what needs to be done…
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he
gave his one and only Son,F that whoever believes in him shall not perish but
have eternal life. (NIV)
There are great answers to the deepest mysteries about
God. However, most of these answers will remain hidden from us until we die and
all things are revealed to us. Even in mystery, we know what is not a mystery.
We know Christ stands by us all the days of our life and he always does for us
what we need done. However, as much as we think we know about what needs to be
done our life, Jesus knows more than we do. As much as we know what needs to be
done in our life, we sometimes know nothing at all. However, Jesus knows more
than we do, especially when we know nothing at all. One of the great mysteries
in our life is what Jesus does for us behind the scenes. One of the great
mysteries of our life is what God does outside of our knowing and beyond our
ability to understand. What we do know is that God's all-knowing, ever-present,
and always active presence in our lives enables us to live, breathe, and have
our being. In life, circumstances sometimes appear to be a failure and full of
darkness. However, in our times of deepest darkness, God works most powerfully
in our lives. In the times of our deepest darkness, God burns the light of His
truth, power, and presence in us so we never forget Him. How God works, we do
not always know. We do know He does work all time on our behalf and for our
betterment. Why God does what he does, we do not always know. We do know His
reasons for doing what He does are logical, fruitful, and for our ultimate good.
Having said all this about His mystery, what we do not know about God should
never be an issue. For what we know about God is that He loved us so much He
died on the Cross to give us an opportunity to receive everlasting life.
