Previous Daily Devotional

We live in a world with pain, trouble, and suffering. However, we have a heavenly hope. Our hope rests in our faith there is another world besides the world we live in. Today we get only a glimpse of the infinite love we call God. Someday, we will get more than a glimpse of Him.  Living in the house of the Lord means we also live in the palm of God's hand. We live in His house as we let Him live in the house of our heart. In hope, we look forward to someday living in His heavenly home forever and ever. In God's house, in the here and now, we can only imagine living forever. Someday soon we will no longer imagine living forever. Someday soon, we shall actually live there…in a place we would call "forever."
