About love…

2 John 1:5 And now, dear lady, I am not writing you a new command but one we have had from the beginning. I ask that we love one another. 6 And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. (NIV)

Love makes all things new. Love transforms. Love changes the old into the young. Love changes the dark into the light. Love makes the rough places smooth. Love is our rescuer. Love is the great hand reaching down to pick us up. Love is the Savior who gives us a chance at eternal life. Love is the guide showing us the way home. Love is the comforter in our pain. Love is the consoler in our grief. Love is our great healer. Love is the force driving men and women to be new persons. Love is the power all persons need to find. Love brings fresh air in for the sick. Love takes away loneliness. Love stops war. Love convicts the guilty. Love gives power to the powerless. Love made all of creation. Love made you. Love is the force holding all creation together. Love is the greatest level of intelligence. Love is the infinite leading us to touch God's infinity. Love brings peace. Love calls all destinies toward the direction of God.
